This notice describes how Lease Management Solutions handles information when you sign in, manage a lease, or participate as a member.
Information stored
We store account email addresses and names; lease memberships, roles, permissions, and invitations; and information entered into a lease. Lease information may include member phone numbers and mailing addresses, property addresses, hunting areas, equipment locations, harvest logs, hunter names, check-in and check-out records, maintenance reports, camera details, photos, and manually recorded dues status. Managers may enter member information before a member creates an account.
How information is used
Information is used to verify sign-ins, assign accounts to their leases, send account and invitation emails, display lease records, coordinate lease activities, and operate and troubleshoot the service. Add only information and photos you are authorized to share.
Who can see your information
Access is checked by account and lease membership. Lease managers can manage their lease records. Admin access depends on permissions granted by the manager. Members see the information their lease and role permit; names and roles are visible in the member directory, while managers control directory sharing of email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses. Dues information is restricted to authorized management roles. The site owner has administrative access across leases.
Authorized users may download backups, map copies, or photos and may retain copies outside the website. Contact a lease manager about information other members have already received.
Service providers and technical information
Cloudflare hosts the website and lease database. Supabase handles account authentication. Resend delivers configured authentication and invitation emails. These providers may process email addresses, request details, IP addresses, device or browser information, timestamps, and delivery or security logs as needed to provide their services. Some workspace fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives the browser request needed to deliver those fonts.
The current application does not include advertising trackers or a feature for selling lease records. Provider processing remains subject to the providers’ own notices and terms.
Cookies and browser storage
An essential session cookie keeps you signed in. Browser storage may hold interface preferences. Downloaded backups and offline map exports remain on your device until you remove them. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in. Signing out does not erase files you downloaded.
Public demo
The public demo uses sample data, without account access or real invitation emails. Demo changes stay in browser memory and reset on reload. Use sample information and avoid entering private details. Reset the demo to clear its saved sample changes.
Location and maps
Property addresses, hunting areas, and locations you enter are lease records. Current maps are illustrative and do not establish surveyed boundaries. The current application does not continuously track members’ live GPS locations. Any future mapping or location feature will need an updated notice describing its data use.
Retention, corrections, and removal requests
Lease and account records remain stored until changed or removed through available management processes. To request access, correction, account closure, or deletion, contact your lease manager or email mtmcattle@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before acting. Shared activity records may also concern other members. Removal may not immediately erase provider backups, security logs, or copies already downloaded by authorized users; relevant provider retention rules and legal obligations may apply.
Security
The service uses HTTPS, verified account access, and server-side permission checks. No online service or downloaded file is completely secure. Passwords are processed by Supabase Auth; they are not stored in lease records. Keep passwords, sign-in codes, and invitation links private, and report suspected unauthorized access to mtmcattle@gmail.com.

Members retain their rights in photos and other content they provide. Providing content allows it to be stored, processed, and displayed to operate the service according to lease permissions; it does not transfer ownership to the website.
